Lake Forest is a 24 hour, manned, guard-gated community. Residents receive access via a transponder, and all others are required to check in at the front gate.

In addition, security patrols protect the neighborhood each evening.

Encompassing over 10,000 square feet, the Lake Forest Clubhouse features enough space and facilities for private events and functions.

Boasting a full kitchen, meeting room, dance floor and bar, the Clubhouse is a great place to meet your neighbors, make new friends and plan a gathering.

The junior olympic size swimming pool and surrounding area is a beautiful spot for regular neighborhood activities such as “Dive-In Movies”, Easter Egg Hunts, Summertime Food Trucks and Neighborhood Mixers.

Along with the main pool, there is also a kiddie pool and heated spa.

Showers, changing rooms and lockers are also available.

Kids also have access to the playground, including a climbing wall, a slide and several swings, all under a beautiful canopy of trees.

Six lighted tennis courts and two lighted pickleball courts provide an outlet for exercise in the sunshine or early evening.

The sport court provides basketball and shuffleboard on a padded playing surface.

We even have a private sandy beach, complete with volleyball court and fishing dock.

Inside the clubhouse is an updated fitness facility with free weights and machines to keep you in shape.
