Situated on a beautiful lake and engulfed in nature, Lake Forest stands out as one of Central Florida’s most distinctive communities.
A waterscaped, 24-hour staffed and gated entrance welcomes its residents home to 538 acres of natural beauty, privacy, and recreation. The combination of generations of old stands of pine, oaks, natural woods and an inspiring 55-acre spring-fed lake winding throughout the community provide breathtaking views and magnificent home sites, combining for an elegant neighborhood.
With acres of designated conservation areas, Lake Forest is a haven for a variety of wildlife including bald eagles, ospreys, red-shouldered hawks, deer and native water fowl.
Resort-style amenities include a 10,000 square foot clubhouse with full fitness center, kitchen and meeting rooms, Jr. Olympic size swimming pool with heated spa and kiddie pool, 6 lighted tennis courts, 2 lighted pickleball courts, basketball courts, playground, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, a volleyball court on a private sand beach and more.
The winding roads of the community lend themselves to activities such as jogging, biking, roller-blading or just going for a stroll under the canopy of trees. Residents regularly enjoy walking their dogs or pushing strollers along the 2.4 miles of lakefront.
Regularly planned community events as well as resident social groups help neighbors get to know each other. Family activities are held around holidays such as Easter, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas, along with family movie nights, barbecue get-togethers, an annual yard sale and Turkey Trot run/walk.
Lake Forest has earned the distinction of a Grand Aurora Award for "The Best Community in the Southeastern United States" and has received the Parade of Homes' Grand Award for the "Best Community in Central Florida", in addition to garnering numerous design and architectural awards for its outstanding custom homes.

We Wouldn't Live Anywhere Else
There's a calm feeling you get from the moment you come into the entrance of Lake Forest. The shady trees - the winding roads. That calm and welcoming feeling expands to include the warm, friendly neighbors. We always get a friendly "hello" wherever we are in the neighborhood.
